Shipping

We ship FedEx next day within the U.S. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

The live arrival guarantee below is void if the shipment is not signed for on the first delivery attempt. We will notify you by email with the tracking # and the exact day we are going to ship. Please be there to accept the package.

We reserve the right to delay shipment due to extreme temperatures either at our location or yours.

Payment

We accept credit cards through Paypal, postal money orders and personal checks (must clear your bank before we ship. Please allow at least 10 days to clear.) Sorry but Missouri residents will be charged a 7.475% sales tax. On credit/debit card returns that are not our fault, we charge a flat $10 service charge fee.

Guarantee

We guarantee the animal(s) to arrive alive and in good health. If any problem arises, please call and talk to us about it. (573 747-0469) If we don't hear from you after seven days, we will assume that you are satisfied with your purchase. We do not refund shipping charges on returned animals for buyer's remorse.

Very Important - Please Read

Shipping is very stressful. We recommend that after you receive the animal(s) you set them up in their new home and leave them be for at least two full days. I know it's hard but please resist the urge to handle them for the first two days. Let them settle in and then offer them the appropriate sized food.

Buyer is responsible for knowing their local, state and federal regulations regarding reptiles. I wouldn't order it if you know it's illegal.

We are not responsible if animal(s) purchased are illegal. It is impossible for us to know the laws of every city in the U.S.A.
